Conditions of Use
Membership Fee:
A non-refundable $200 fee covers your 3-month membership, granting you exclusive weekly access to a fully serviced drum kit, including snare and cymbals.
Studio Hire Subscription:
A $120 studio hire fee is paid monthly to maintain your access to the allocated practice sessions. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
Session Booking:
Members receive a consistent weekly 2-hour session, chosen at registration. Sessions are within the Drum Syndicate’s designated times and must be strictly adhered to. Any changes require prior approval and are subject to availability.
Exclusive Use:
The drum kit is for your sole use during your allocated session. These sessions are strictly for individual practice; band rehearsals or other uses are prohibited.
Kit Maintenance:
The drum kit is regularly serviced by Redmoon Music. Treat the equipment with care and report any issues promptly. Damage due to misuse may incur repair costs.
Renewal and Cancellation:
Membership is renewable every 3 months. Before the next billing cycle, you can choose to renew or cancel. If you cancel, your session time will be offered to others on the waiting list.
Code of Conduct:
Members must behave professionally and respectfully in the studio. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate termination of membership without refund.
Liability:
Redmoon Music is not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings. Members are responsible for their own safety and should familiarize themselves with emergency procedures.
By joining the Drum Syndicate, you agree to these terms. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your membership without a refund.
