We've got a beautiful space, some chairs, some cushions, some laughs, some real world insights, some new music from amazing local and national artists to share, and some great things to chat about. You WILL leave with a whole new sense of direction creativity, control, empowerment, information, support and adaptability to move forward with your music career in the way YOU want to. Sat 20th July 10am - 12 noon/2pm includes open studio jams in B & C for 2hrs afterwards. We arent trying to single handedly fix anything, but we will guide you in finding dry ground in this storm, shedding light on a confused status quo, and clearing the way for you to carve out your own future path in a landscape that's almost unrecognisable to a lot of us right now. We touch on how to engage with your listeners more, ways to monetise, tips on reaching more audiences and being more visible and getting your music, shows, merch & content in front of more people who actually want to see it. We will also showcase new music we've been inspired by or want to shout out, share resources, tips, industry and local news, observations, forecasts, unpopular and popular opinions, discounts, offers & more.. and.... stick around for a chin wag afterwards. In this first workshop, we will also share how we've overcome some of the hurdles in the music industry of late and some personal stories and insights.
